- Procurement of needed aircraft / equipment
- Manage seasonal peaks in your operation;
- Arrange short / long term lease arrangements;
- Maintain crewing ratios during fleet expansion / replacement;
- Provision of flight deck crews for aircraft positioning / ferry flights;
- Outplacement of surplus crews during low season or business contraction;
- Sourcing of simulator time during peak season or at short notice;
- Advice on flight crew pay and benefits packages, including salary surveys.
